Value does not compromise quality when you choose to build with us, as upgrades are standard in our homes. We have various floor plans that can be selected from, and we also can build your floor plan of choice as well, on our lot or yours. We also have an in-house real estate broker that will not charge you commission to buy a lot of your choice, when you choose to build with us. You can be as involved as you would like in the construction process of your new home. We feel that customer service is very important to help the customer feel secure during the process of construction.
